1. Material categories
AS is not high in hardness, brittle (a crisp sound when knocked), transparent color, and the background color is blue, which can be directly contacted with cosmetics and food. In ordinary lotion bottles and airless bottles, they are generally the material of the bottle body. Small-capacity cream bottles can also be made. It is transparent.
ABS is an engineering plastic, which is not environmentally friendly, has high hardness, and cannot be directly contacted with cosmetics and food. In acrylic cosmetic packaging materials, it is generally an inner cover and shoulder material. The color is yellowish or milky white.
PP and PE are environmentally friendly materials that can be directly touched with cosmetics and food. They are the main materials for filling organic skin care products. The village quality is whitish and translucent. According to different molecular structures, it can reach three different soft and hard degree.
PET is an environmentally friendly material that can be directly contacted with cosmetics and food. It is the main material for filling organic skin care products. PET is soft and transparent in nature.

3. Nozzle, lotion pump, hand washing pump and length measurement
Nozzle: bayonet (half bayonet aluminum, full bayonet aluminum), the screw is all plastic, but some are covered with a layer of aluminum cover, a seat of anodized aluminum
Lotion pump: The vacuum and suction pipes are all screw ports. A layer of anodized aluminum can also be covered on the screw cover and head cap. Divided into two kinds of sharp beak and duckbill.
Hand-washing pump: The caliber is too large, all are screw ports, and the large screw port and head cap can also be covered with a layer of anodized aluminum aluminum cover. Steps are generally threaded, and no steps are generally left and right knobs.
Length measurement: the length of the suction pipe (from the gasket to the end of the hose or the length of the FBOG), and the exposed length. And the length measured under the big hood (equal to the length from the bottle shoulder to the bottom of the bottle).
Specification classification: It mainly depends on the product inner diameter (the inner diameter is the innermost diameter of the pump) or the height of the large circle.
Metering measurement method: (actually the dose of liquid ejected by the nozzle at one time) There are two methods: peeling measurement method and absolute value measurement method. The error is within 0.02g. The size of the pump body is also used to distinguish the measurement.

Anodized aluminum: aluminum exterior, just one layer wrapped on the inner layer of plastic.
Electroplating (UV): Compared with the spray image, the effect is brighter.
Spraying: Compared with electroplating, the color is dull.
Frosting: A layer of frosted texture.
Outer spraying of inner bottle: spraying on the outside of the inner bottle has a clear gap between the outer bottle and the outer bottle. From the side, the spray pattern is small.
The inner spray of the outer bottle is sprayed on the inner side of the outer bottle, which looks larger in appearance. The area is small when viewed from the vertical plane. And there is no gap with the inner bottle.
Brushed gold and silver: It is actually a film, and you can find the gaps on the bottle body by carefully observing it.
Secondary oxidation: the secondary oxidation is performed on the original oxide layer to achieve a pattern with a dull surface covering the glossy surface or a pattern with a glossy surface appearing on the dull surface. Mostly used for logo production.
Injection color: Toner is added to the raw material when the product is injected. The process is relatively cheap. Pearl powder can also be added, or cornstarch can be added to make the transparent color of PET become opaque (additional toner can be used for color mixing). The generation of water ripples is related to the amount of pearl powder added.
Five, printing process
Silk screen: The effect after printing has obvious concavity and convexity. Because it is a layer of ink. The silk-screened regular bottles (cylindrical type) can be printed at one time. Other irregular block one-time charges. Color is also a one-time fee. And it is divided into two types: self-drying ink and UV ink. Since the ink is easy to fall off for a long time, it can be wiped off with alcohol. UV ink has obvious bumps to the touch and is difficult to wipe off.
Hot stamping: A thin layer of paper is stamped on it. Therefore, there is no bumpy feel of silk screen printing. And hot stamping is best not directly on the two materials of PE and PP. Need to perform thermal transfer first and then hot stamping. Or a good bronzing paper can also be directly bronzed. Hot stamping can not be done on aluminum, hot stamping can be done on all plastics.
Water transfer printing is an irregular printing process carried out in water. The printed lines are inconsistent. And the price is more expensive.
Thermal transfer: mostly used for large-volume and complex printing products. It belongs to attach a layer of film to the surface. The price is too expensive.
Offset printing: mostly used for aluminum-plastic hoses and all-plastic hoses. If the offset printing is a colored tube, you must use silk screen printing, as the offset printing will show the background color. And sometimes a layer of bright film or sub-film is attached to the surface of the hose.
